HerbWai Honey Ordering & Delivery Policies, Trinidad & Tobago

Policies

Ordering

Orders are placed by WhatsApp (868-347-5446), by phone or by email. An order is confirmed when we reply to confirm availability, price and delivery. Honey is seasonal and each region’s harvest is limited, so if a variety is unavailable we tell you before anything is paid and offer an alternative.

Prices & payment

Prices are in Trinidad & Tobago dollars and are listed on each honey page and on Delivery & Pricing. Payment is on delivery. Nothing is charged through this website.

Delivery

We deliver across Trinidad & Tobago. Delivery is free on orders of 4 or more bottles; for smaller orders we confirm any delivery fee before you pay. Typical turnaround after confirmation is 1-2 business days for Port of Spain and Central Trinidad and 2-3 business days for South Trinidad. Other areas, including Tobago, are arranged by message.

Problems with an order

If a bottle arrives damaged or your order isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out with you.

About raw honey

Our honey is raw and unpasteurized. It may look cloudy and will crystallize over time; this is natural and not a defect. Gently warm the bottle in water below 40°C to re-liquefy it. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age. Health information on this site is educational and is not medical advice.

Tours & tastings

Visits to our Brasso Seco apiary are by appointment, Tuesday to Sunday, and are confirmed by WhatsApp. See Tours & Tastings.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is anonymous and uses no cookies. Wholesale inquiries are sent to us by email. We use your details only to fulfil your order or answer your inquiry, and we publish reviews only with your permission.
